We’re looking for someone who:
- Enjoys relationship-based, patient-centered care
- Values autonomy and ownership in their panel and patients
- Is comfortable in a rural healthcare setting

Experience in primary care is preferred, but mindset and approach matter most.
Clinical responsibilities
This role includes a broad scope of hands-on primary care, supported by a collaborative and well-functioning team.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing acute and chronic conditions across a full-spectrum primary care panel
- Performing in-office procedures:
- EKG interpretation
- Suturing and staple placement/removal
- Incision and drainage
- Joint injections and other minor procedures
- Interpreting diagnostics and labs
- Participating in preventive care and chronic disease management
- Collaborating with NPs, PAs, RN, and MA staff on patient care and follow-up
- Triaging patient concerns (in-person, phone, and messaging)
- Supporting a smooth, patient-centered clinic flow
While the pace of care is more intentional, the work remains clinically engaging, hands-on, and comprehensive. This role is ideal for a physician who enjoys both building relationships with patients and staying active in procedural and day-to-day clinical care.
