Clinical responsibilities
While our model allows for a slower, more thoughtful pace of care, our providers remain actively involved in hands-on patient care and day-to-day clinic operations. This position’s responsibilities include:
- Performing basic in-office procedures (lab draws, injections, some procedures)
- Starting IVs
- Managing acute and chronic conditions across a broad primary care scope
- Triaging patient concerns (in-person, phone, and messaging)
- Participating in patient communication (calls, texts, telehealth)
- Dispensing medications
- Collaborating with a small team to keep clinic flow smooth and patient-centered
This role requires comfort with both clinical autonomy and team-based care, with a
willingness to step in where needed to support patients and the clinic. It’s “all hands on deck” for the member experience—we value the member experience above all us.

- Values autonomy and ownership in their panel and patients
- Is comfortable in a rural healthcare setting

Experience in primary care is preferred, but mindset and approach matter most.
